B. ETAPA DE IMPLEMENTARE
IPSO Agricultură dotează atelierul de mecanică al Colegiului Tehnic Petru Poni din Roman cu aparatură modernă
Colegiul Tehnic “Petru Poni” din Roman, județul Neamț deținea un atelier de mecanică rudimentar, aflat într-o stare extremă de degradare și total depășit de nevoile elevilor și de cerințele pieței muncii. Partener stabil al colegiului și potențial angajator pentru absolvenții profilului mecanic, IPSO Agricultură a ales să investească în viitorii posibili angajați oferindu-le acestora un atelier de mecanică dotat corespunzător. Parcursul rezolvării alertei a fost următorul:
A. ETAPA ADMINISTRATIVĂ
- Partenerul IPSO Agricultură și-a exprimat intenția de a susține refacerea atelierului de mecanică
- După exprimarea intenției, a urmat o discuție internă în cadrul companiei, susținută de Managerul de Dezvoltare Organizațională
- Discuția a fost finalizată cu o confirmare de buget pentru refacerea atelierului
- După stabilirea bugetului, a urmat redactarea contractului și semnare de către ambele părți, urmată de efectuarea plății
B. ETAPA DE IMPLEMENTARE
După această etapă administrativă, a urmat etapa de implementare:
Etapa de implementare a durat aproximativ 6 săptămâni implicând achiziționarea necesarului pentru atelier și montarea propriu-zisă.
- Inițiatorul alertei, și în același timp coordonatorul catedrei de mecanică, a întocmit necesarul de unelte, mașinării și mobilier pentru atelier împreuna cu opțiuni de furnizori de achiziție pentru fiecare obiect necesar
- Echipa Narada a preluat necesarul, a comparat furnizorii, a făcut achizițiile și a direcționat livrarea direct către Colegiul Tehnic “Petru Poni.”
- A urmat o perioadă de demontare a materialelor vechi și asamblare a noilor mașinării pentru atelier de către personalul școlii.
